About the Role

Due to an exciting period of growth in our business, we are seeking Sales Consultants to join our Melbourne team. Working in a small and dynamic team, with your previous experience in B2B sales, you will be actively involved in helping our customers identify our software as a solution for their workplace health and safety management. Having a professional and energetic approach to your work, you will manage prospects, inbound leads and referrals from end to end through the sales cycle. With your proactive attitude and your previous sales experience, you will generate opportunities from warm lists and our database and contribute to business development strategies and activities. Anticipating our customers’ needs you will skilfully conduct software demonstrations with our potential clients. This role requires someone who is disciplined and understands the importance of those “one-percenters” that separate great salespeople from good salespeople!  To support you to be successful you will be mentored by an experienced Sales team, whilst working closely with our people in Marketing and Communications and the Partner Program, as well as qualified Workplace Health and Safety professionals.


To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Demonstrated success in a sales role, preferably B2B.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of potential and current clients.
  • Demonstrated experience in working autonomously and achieving your targets and objectives.
  • Experience in CRM Management.
  • Applicants with the following will be highly regarded:
  • Experience in software sales and/or health and safety related products and services.
  • Solution or consultative based selling.
  • Cold Calling.
  • Business Development.
  • Complex Sales Cycles.
  • Zoho CRM experience.
  • Linked In Sales Navigator.
  • OHS qualifications and/or experience.
