Our client is a residential care provider supporting young people across 14 locations. With a team of 51–100 staff, the provider delivers essential community services while operating in a highly regulated environment. Prior to implementing Safety Champion, the organisation managed WHS and compliance processes using largely paper‑based systems, leading to limited visibility across sites and inefficiencies in how staff reported, tracked, and addressed safety issues.
