Safety Champion Post Release Access Issues.

We have been made aware a small number of users are having issues accessing Safety Champion Software post v4.0.0 release.

If you or your team are experiencing issues accessing Safety Champion Software, please action the following steps to resolve. 

Safety Champion – via web browser:

Please clear your cache/history. This can be achieved via pressing [Ctrl+F5]. Alternatively, try using an incognito window/tab.

How to clear cache using Google Chrome.

How to clear cache using Microsoft Edge. 

Safety Champion – via mobile app

The mobile app will undergo a forced update. Please ensure you are using v4.0.0.

Introducing the Export Module! Say goodbye to the wait time associated with data crunching. Now, you can queue up your exports and grab them from a single, convenient hub whenever you're ready. Run regular reports? You can now create templates that include preset filters for your regular exports.

Comprehensive MFA Updates

Sometimes you don't have access to your chosen MFA method. Annoying, right! Now you can have more than one MFA method enabled at the same time, for those times you can't access your favourite MFA method.
